We Are Very Good At Making Garments
PDS Manufacturing has some of the highest level skilled workers in Bangladesh. Therefore we chose to set-up our main operation base there. On top of that, our office and factories are only an hour away from the biggest textile producing zone in the world. That means we offer the winning combination of good workmanship level and broad supply of materials.
Sampling
Our factory has over 40 workers dedicated to making fitting samples and pre-production samples. We want samples to be done as quickly as possible. The more quick we get our samples done, the more nice products we can make each season. The sample room team can usually process samples in familiar fabrics within short time. Our merchandisers will always update you on when your samples are expected to be ready.
Our sample room staff is fully qualified to do patterning with proper recourses and latest softwires. If you prefer to submit your own patterns, this is of course no problem at all. The sample room has software to read most digital files. Because we are a full service clothing manufacturer, sampling and bulk production are a package deal. Sampling will start after we have an agreement with the buyer on all conditions such as price and delivery date. Once we are confident we are starting a nice project together we will make as many samples as it takes to get the product right.
We are a full-service apparel manufacturer. That means we will take care of everything including the material sourcing, patterning, sampling, and bulk production.
Sustainability
The environmental problems caused by the fashion industry are world wide. They are also of a very complex nature and will not be solved anytime soon. Clothing is made of fabrics. The solutions we have today for sustainability are mostly in the choices of fabric. We are lucky to live in an era of constant research and innovation. From Austria to China, new materials are being developed and traditional materials are being improved. Research and technology is shared between buyers and suppliers.

As a clothing manufacturer , we also share all our resources for sustainability with our clients. Besides that, we also actively source any new sustainable material requested by our clients. If suppliers and buyers work together, the industry can make quick progress when it comes to sustainable apparel manufacturing. At the moment we have running developments in sustainable materials such as linen, lyocell, organic cotton, and recycled polyester. We have the resources to supply our clients with sustainable materials as long as they are available in China.
